It can also be used with the LiveTrak L-20 (sold separately), offering wireless control via a free iOS mobile app which provides most onboard functions, including Fader Levels and Modes, Scenes, EQ, parameters, EFX sends, returns, and more. The unit can also help you stay out of the shot when recording 360-audio on the H3-VR Handy Recorder (sold separately). In concert with the BTA-1, the H3 Control App enables you to remotely access transport controls, level settings, and metadata notes right within your iOS device (sold separately). Plus with the BTA-1, up to 10 meters communication is possible in an unobstructed indoor space. .
