I’ve just received the product. Why is there water inside the machine?

Don’t worry. It’s just clear water left from the steam and water release tests before packaging.

We suggest refer to the “Before First Use” in User’s Manual for first use.

Why does the icon keep blinking?

It means machine is heating up and last about 30 secs.

If blinking has timed out, please check the water tank is installed correctly and ensure it has water inside.

Is there some tips for making milk foam?

Use cold whole milk or a fat content greater than 3.5%.

When steaming, not cover the head of steam wand more than a half.

Place the head in left or right side of milk pitcher inside, not in center, and keep at 30-60° to milk surface.
