Why there is no sound from soundbar after plugging into the HDMI port?

1. Please ensure the port you plug into your TV is HDMI (ARC) and not HDMI.

2. Please make sure it is Output Ports. Make sure the TV ports is HDMI(ARC) Output Port. If you plug in the input port from TV, there will be no sound from the sound bar.

Why don’t I get audio from all sources (Netflix, Amazon prime, Apple TV, etc)?

In order to resolve this, you will need to ensure the TV’s audio settings are set to two channel stereo/PCM output. And then please turn off DOLBY and/or DTS function in the app sound settings.

Is this one soundbar and two speakers?

No. The package will arrive as 2 separate tower speakers. You can connect these 2 speakers to make a regular 32″ long soundbar.

How to connect with 4K TV?

1, Connect the TV’s HDMI ARC OUT port to the soundbar’s ARC port using the included HDMI cable

2, Enable theTVs ARC function

3, Set the soundbar’s mode to ARC

4, On theTV select External Speaker for audio outputand choose PCM for audio decoding

What you have to do is switch the audio to something the soundbar can decode, usually either stereo (also labeled “2.0”) or PCM.
